KeyState Corporate Management was founded in 1991 to provide Corporate and Administrative Services to the growing number of corporations who choose Nevada or Delaware as the situs for their investment Subsidiary or SPE. KeyState was the first corporate management service provider in Nevada, and we have since expanded our operations to Wilmington, Delaware.
We currently provide these services to hundreds of subsidiaries of companies throughout the United States, including a large number of Fortune 500 companies.
In August 2005, KeyState launched a new business line, providing Captive Management Services to captive insurance companies. Through our relationships with national and regional accounting firms and international re-insurance brokers, KeyState is now able to provide a turnkey captive management product to our clients.
